This page provides access to and information about the WTCS Office computer systems and databases.

WTCS Portal

The WTCS Portal (https://portal.wtcsystem.edu/wtcs-web/) is a web application that was recently established by WTCS to provide secure access to internal information and resources. It requires a login id and password. Instructions on how to get access to the WTCS Portal are here: https://portal.wtcsystem.edu/manual/account/userid.htm.

WTCS will continue to develop and expand the portal's functionality as a way to provide easy access to data and resources for multiple uses.

Information Systems Manual

This document explains the operations of the WTCS computer systems. Information on how to submit data to the WTCS Office is included in this document. The manual is designed for management information staff (MIS).
