Finishing, Prep & Painting

Frame Straightening

Repair and replace vehicle body components including; metal finishing and filler repairs, replacing bolted and welded panel and parts, removal and replacement of interior and exterior trim, panels, moldings and hardware.

Writing of collision damage and/or a repair estimates listing the total cost of parts, labor hours, materials, sublet items, and tax.

Welding, heating, and cutting of structural (including high strength steel) and non-structural vehicle components using industry accepted techniques.

Repair of plastics including; identification of plastic material, welding, applying adhesives, fillers, reinforcement material, and refinishing with accepted industry products and techniques.

Preparing surfaces for painting including; parts removal, masking, feather edging of existing substrate, metal conditioning or application of self etching primers, selecting and application of primer surfacers, leveling of primed areas, and preparation of all surfaces to be painted, final masking, selecting, mixing, and application of single stage and base/coat clear/coat refinish products, and detailing of completed repairs.

Frame repair including; damage analysis, locating manufactures specifications, measurement of vehicle with frame gage equipment, determine repair system, set up for repair, and straighten to OEM specifications using accepted industry techniques.

Restore/apply corrosion protection to repaired/replaced areas to meet OEM specifications.
