APPROPRIATE CREDITS FOR CERTIFICATION

INSTRUCTIONAL AREA (806) NATURAL SCIENCE

In order to become certified at the provisional level to teach any course numbered within instructional area (806) Natural Science, the individual must:

Courses from other departments will be considered only if accompanied by a written statement from the recognized science discipline department chair of an accredited university that the course or a portion of the course is equivalent to a course counting towards a minor or major in the respective science discipline.
