GUIDELINE DEFINITION
Certification Agreement for Command Spanish®,
Inc. and the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS)
NOTE: Command Spanish® courses
can only be offered as Adult and Continuing Education.
- Any training activity involving the use of Command Spanish® programs and
materials conducted by a college within the Wisconsin Technical College System
will be directly supervised by an Official Register Provider (ORP) administrator
or coordinator who has been trained by Command Spanish®, Inc. and is on active
status with the company.
- Permission to reproduce materials from The Marketing Guide of Command
Spanish® Programs for the purpose of providing prospective clients with
information about Command Spanish® programs is granted only to administrators
or coordinators who have been trained by Command Spanish®, Inc. and are on
active status with the company.
- Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) administrators and coordinators
agree to choose trainers who meet the guidelines and standards of Command
Spanish®, Inc. When a certified trainer is not available, the certified administrator/coordinator
will be directly involved in the selection and training of a qualified trainer,
using the procedure outlined in the CS documents entitled Command Spanish®,
Inc. Training Program for Non-CS-Certified Instructors. All certified
ORP Administrators have access to this document on the Command Spanish® restricted
website.
- The WTCS Standing Committee for International and Multicultural Education
will continue to monitor the need for WTCS staff to have access to certification
and professional improvement workshops for Command Spanish® programs. All
certification and professional improvement workshops will be done in collaboration
with and approved by Command Spanish®, Inc.
- Wisconsin Technical Colleges that choose to become licensed official register
providers (LORP) may receive permission to customize programs to meet the
specific needs of their clients. To receive this permission, the college should
follow the procedure listed on the updated page 10 of The Marketing Guide
of Command Spanish® Programs. For more information on becoming an Official
Registered Provider (ORP) or a Licensed Official Register Provider (LORP)
