Five Year Program Professional Element Courses by the United Association Training Department for United Association instructors. This is for plumbers and steamfitters. Conducted at Washtenaw Community College at Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Hours: A five year program.
A large number of courses are recognized.

effort to improve individuals as instructors in the trade.

Aids in the Classroom
Each of the years listed above could be used to renew
an individual holding Part-Time Approval certification. The course
would have to be completed during the certification renewal period.
Individuals holding Part-Time Provisional certification
would be able to utilize content completed during a renewal period.
Depending upon how district in-service activities are delivered,
it may be difficult for the individual to obtain the content necessary
to complete a certification requirement. It may also be difficult
to deliver the district in-service activity without the individual
not having to repeat content.
